Mô tả công việc
• Monitor and guide service providers to comply with customers’ and vendors’ requirements
• Monitor established processes and audit measures to support and meet customers’ requirements at agreed level.
• Execute and adhere to customers service requirements as spelling out in Logistics Procedure.
• Ensure issues are tackled immediately and escalate to warehouse supervisor when there are potential costs impact and service issues.
• Ensure required reports are provided in timely and accurate manner.
• Review and propose processes which will help to achieve cost savings and ensure profitability
• Monitor service providers to ensure compliance to customers’ requirements.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate and set priorities work with the team, ensure proper assignment and adequate manning of facilities.
• Plan and follow up trucking activities for CFS to port.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Fresh graduate or 1 Year Experience in relating industry
• Good knowledge and usage of internet, email and Ms. Offices
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Can communicate in English
• Be a responsible, careful, detail & result oriented person
