Overview of the position: Daily duties performed by warehouse clerk includes taking customer documentation to determine items required, supporting in processing orders, sorting merchandise, maintaining warehouse in a good condition.
Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, keeping warehouse stocked.
Primary responsibilities:
• Arrange stock in the warehouse
• Ensure machinery is serviced and functional.
• Check in merchandise and affix labels.
• Match Clients orders and distribute for processing.
• Manage stock for batteries, printing paper, labels
• Record amounts of materials or items received.
• Perform facilities maintenance.
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the Supervisor / Operations Manager.
• Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
• Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the storehouse.
• Delegate duties as necessary.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have at least 2-year experience in warehouse management or similar position;
- Graduate from Medical / Pharmaceutical College (2 year- college)
- Be able to communicate in English in an advantage (Speaking and Writing);
- Detail-oriented person;
- Hardworking, reliable, willing to work overtime sometimes.
