Warehouse Clerk

1. Handling daily warehouse documents, file storage, answering calls, writing packing lists and making customs orders, pick slips and delivery note printing.
2. Produce daily, weekly, monthly Warehouse reports.
3. Responsible for system operation of warehouse, material receiving and dispatching
4. Responsible for warehouse inventory arrangement, product tracking
5. Close communication with customer service to ensure the accuracy of customer data
6. Perform other tasks assigned by superior or manager if required such as supporting WH & Logistics Supervisor with handling his/her tasks once being authorized as she/he not in the warehouse or supporting with goods handling such as up-loading, down-loading, picking, packing…

 Female
 High school graduation at least
 Experience in thread manufacturing or textile business is preferred
 Computer skills is preferred
 2 years ‘experience in secretarial or accounting job
 Simple English at least
 Customer service, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Production Planning
