Mô tả công việc
Set adequate target values for warehousing service and cost KPIs, and keep tracked KPIs close to the target values by:
- Supporting Logistics service and productivity levels
- Ensuring key performance measures are maintained
- Focusing on problem solving skills
- Managing labor and equipment utilization
- Ensuring the premises are hygienic and sustainable
- Creates safety awareness and compliance
Create PR/PO, follow up and settle payment for suppliers at month-end and when cost incurred
Ensure stock availability for sales by coordinating with Factories/ Transporters and related functions in order to manage efficiently inbound process of local products; coordinating with Import/Export and DSP to manage import shipment received on time
- Oversees co-packing activities
- Motivates 5S
- Oversees Security and Occupational health.
- Constant engagement with the team, proactively assist Goal Alignment implementation and maintain operational reviews.
