High customer focus and ensuring no customer misses of parcels
Manage the daily operations conduct at the warehouse :manage, plan, & constantly supervise the process of goods Receive, Stowing, picking, packing
Make plans for cycle count, periodic count, collation & adjustment of differential inventory data
Leading a large team from 100 - 200 employees including Team leaders
Build a standard operating procedure (SOP) based on the best practices
Manage and drive improvement in productivity, reduce wastages and bring in culture of frugality
** Choose 1 of 2 locations:
Kho HN: 89 Lĩnh Nam, Hoàng Mai, HN
Kho HY: KCN Tân Quang, Văn Lâm, Hưng Yên (cách chợ Kiêu Kị - Gia Lâm 500m)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Graduate from university/ college. Major in industrial management, warehouse & logistics management, business administration is a plus
Around 8-10 years of experience in total , minimum 3-year working experience in warehouse management
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Know how to use management software. Eg. SAP, ERP
Able to read English specialized documents
Experience to manage at least 200 employees (including outsources)
Work arrangement skills
Good communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Data analysis skills
Young, flexible, variability
