Warehouse & Logistics Staff ( Nhân Viên Quản Lý Chứng Từ, Kho Làm Việc Tại Hải Phòng)

- Oversee the processes in the area of responsibility, following operational standards (OPS) and KPI expectations 
- Improve safety, quality, delivery and cost through continuous improvement methods 
- Participate in transitioning new customers as needed 
whenever have new customers
- Manage, prevent, and resolve high inventory, over/short/damage, process and customer exceptions
- Manage the Ocean Import onsite operational processes including but not limited to documentation, physical cargo check, CFS warehouse visit.
- Represent Expeditors in front of customers, service providers for operational actions including but not limited to daily document collection & distribution, on site audit escort.
- Keep abreast of Hai Phong ports, CFS facilities, general infrastructure and industrial market developments and provide updates to HOD/Branch Management to align for service and product growth.
- Assist the Product HOD/branch Management if nother tasks and duties as assigned.
- Perform process audits to ensure security and safety of facility, and freight

·       Good experience in warehouse management, operation to develop customer service
·       Fluency in Expeditors process fundamentals (will be trained)
·       Good collaboration with team to implement smooth warehouse receiving/loading activities
·       Implementation of Security, Health & Safety requirements 
·       Solid written and verbal communication skills in both local language and English
·       Comfortable with statistics and analysis of productivity and KPI performance in warehouse activities.
