Warehouse & Logistic Supervisor

- Responsible for planning, directing and managing the operation of the goods inward/outward.
- Making sure that separated products are stored and managed correctly.
- Responsible for Hygiene in Warehouse Area, material loading, direct/indirect packaging material ...should be applied with all internal regulation in Hygiene Condition.
- Schedule all the task related to satisfy customer’s expectation.
- Ensure that goods and services are taken care efficiently.
- Ensure the correct amount is delivered/ received at the right cost with the right level of quality with the right quantity between Delivery Note / PO/ Invoice.., Goods Received Note/ PO/ Invoice...
- Set up the internal checked points to control all the goods in /out to make sure the good outward/ inward are correct with all supporting documents.
- Maintaining all the lead time set up and investigate for anytime longer time incurred.
- Overseeing the delivery system, drawing up the schedule for deliveries to maximize the satisfaction of customers, ensure that the cost incurred is properly control at the right cost.
- Estimating cost and setting the quality standard, monitoring the production process and adjusting schedules as needed being responsible for the selection of equipment, monitoring products standards and implementing the quality control program.
- Liaising among different departments, suppliers, managers, working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals , ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed , supervising & motivating all team of workers, reviewing the performance, identifying training needed.
- Supervise, coach and support team on daily operation of this system.
- Co-ordinate with the other departments to maintain the stock at the right level to minimize the cost incurred.
- Setting up, developing and maintening policies, processes, managing systems in order to minimize and reduce wastes.
- Train the skills, Warehouse & Logistic Procedures for employees when needed.
- Monthly report KPIs and analyze the efficiency of the Warehouse & Logistic system, liaison with the Management Team for any improvement needed.

REPORTING & DEPUTISING
Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor reports to the Plant Manager. In the event that the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor is on holiday or absent it is the responsible of the Plant Manager to arrange the duty for this position.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Female preferred
- 2 to 5 year experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or industry related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse and or software applications, routing and dispatch software systems would be required, previous experience of working with SAP would be an advantage.
- Must have strong and proven leadership skills and experience in both ground transportation, warehousing, and logistics operations.
- Experience working in an FDI environment is a plus.
- Strong computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, word, power point and Outlook Email skills.
- Supervision, Safety Management. Developing Standards, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information. 
- High interpersonal, problem solving and crisis management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, target independently.
- Previous experience of a customer focus role.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
- Desired candidate must be self-motivated with good presentation, negotiation, communication, and management skills.
