* Department : Supply Chain
* Manager : Supply Chain Manager
* Reports to : Supply Chain Manager
A. Job Objective :
1 Adapt goods, materials needs or import-export or cars arranging correctly and exactly 2 Maintain ralationship between employees and employers. 3 Ensure datas, recording books are corrective.
B. Key Accountabilities :
1 Manage all store activities. Working closely with concerned departments to solve daily issues. 2 Conduct, supervise, check, build up regulation, procedures for department.
3 Checking and maintaining paper in store well, reporting annually in stock. 4 Check, supervise and speed up, evaluate, award, discpline employees and run company regulation. 5 Reporting, calculating và suggesting solutions for material status and delivering suddenly or annually. 6 Report as requirement of quality system follow with ISO 9001, BRC 7 Assisst managers when requested from direct supervisor concerned to managing tools.
C. Rights
1 Represented company to trade directly with customer to receive requirements, complaints and deal selling contracts.
2 Assign, deliver tasks, checking and monitoring working status and staff.
3 Work closely with other departments to solve related problems, or suggest other departments or factory to adjust Jobsheet when needed to ensure customer's need. 4 Welcome and train new employees.
5 Request all the staff follow as the company regualtions and other Gorvement units. 6 Evaluate employees, suggest awarding, discipline, assign, cancel, increase or decrease employees

D. Qualifications, experience, skills and knowledge :
1 Education: Graduated from Colledge, University. 2 Qualification
a. Labor law and Gorvement regulations.
b. Company regulation and labor commitments
c. Procedures, standards for checking qualities as ISO 9001, BRC. d. Targets, quality policies, including responsibilities and rights. e. Labor safety, labor accident avoiding.
3 Skills:
a. Proficient in Microsoft office
b. Reporting skills.
c. Communication skills.
d. Supervise skills.
4 Experience: At least 02 years experience at the same position.
