Warehouse & Logistic Executive

1. Effectively supervise & coordinate daily activities of warehouse nationwide in order to meet departmental objectives.

2. Conduct on the job training for new staff and monitor the staff’s progress

3. Assist and monitor the inventory & conduct regular stock takes & reconciliation in retail store in order to achieve inventory accuracy

4. Monitor the operations of the retails section to achieve sales objective and inventory forecast/ordering

5. Ensure accurate maintenance of sale order records are maintained and updated, accurate system entry and accurate physical stock vs system

6. Assist with preparation of paperwork for goods delivery

7. Coordinate and schedule delivery goods to branch/sales agent/end user

8. Assist with maintaining stock accuracy and correct level of inventory

9. Assist with goods clearance from the customs

10. Supervise and provide guidance to new team member

11. Handle all sales(if any)/stocks transactions including handling of Walk-in sales agent/end user

12. Timely feedback and report on Stockist performance & daily operational issues to ensure operation effectiveness

13. Effectively maintain and keep proper filing system of all documents

14. Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior

15. Proactive in supporting other departments and company activities

Authorities:

1. Access to EKWEB.

2. Apporval for stock replenishing with supporting/Invoice

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Diploma / Degree in related field

2. Minimum 3 years warehouse/logistic

3. Possess experience in handling stock.

4. Able to speak Vietnamesea & English(preferred).


Skill & Knowledge:

1. Warehouse management system

2. Basic water filtration technology

3. Company SOP & 5S awareness

4. Computer literate – advance excel, word, power point
