+ Greet tables promptly
+ Answer questions about menu items and other beverages
+ Gracefully suggest/upsell additional menu items, such as desserts and drinks
+ Accurately take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
+ Facilitate filling drink orders with the bar
+ Memorize the menu for on-demand recitation and questions about ingredients
+ Waitress – Morning shift 8am-4pm
+ Waitress Evening shift 4pm-12am (Midnight)
