[Vung Tau] Warehouse Manager

* Organization, management and movement of all raw, in process and finished goods materials, warehousing and distribution.
* Ensure the best management of goods without loss of damage and maximize the use of storage volumes.
* Managing, inspecting, supervising and being responsible for warehouse operations, warehouse compliance of employees on rules and regulations on fire protection, hygiene - occupational safety, 5S
* Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the operations and budget of warehousing facilities
* Provides input to annual budget for all logistics and warehouse operations
* Plan and manage inventory levels through interaction and collaboration with production, supply chain for long term production plans and targeted finish goods levels.
* Plan, develop, and implement warehouse health and safety, and security programs and activities
* Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the warehouse operations department
* Coordinate with logistics team to do both import and export shipments
* Other tasks as assgined by General Manager

-At least 5 years experience in warehouse management. Logistics knowledge is a plus
-Experience in FMCG industry is preferable
-Excellent ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with enthusiasm (verbal communication skills) in English and Vietnamese is required
-Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
-Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
-Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
-Ability to work with other departments, understand their processes and their constraints
-Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines.
-Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate staff effectively
