[Vung Tau] HSE Manager (Chemical Industry)

- Manage & monitor subordinates on their daily activity and assigned works/projects.
- Conduct study for improving Plant facility in term of HSE, operation, capacity to meet the company business strategy.
- Produce conceptual design, detailed design, related drawings & technical specification for new assigned projects.
- Execute & complete assigned projects compliance with HSE, , time & cost.
- Manage, & monitor contractor & its sub-contractor executing the awarded project in term of compliance with HSE, .
- Other duties as assigned

- Age 35 - 45 years old
- University degree in technical field (Background: Chemical Engineer, Mechanical/ instrument/ electrical Engineer)
- Have 3 - 5 years experience under PJ Management level.
- project manager of chemical plant
- Project manager/ engineer of turn around (TA)
- Plant maintenance manage/ Engineer
- Basic knowledge of PVC process or other equivalent chemical process.
- Basic knowledge of project management.
- Leadership skill & project management skill
- Computer skills: MS office included words, excel, power point, MS Project; auto-cad.
- English: Able to communicate and write technical report.
- Minimum 5-year experience under PJ Management as Manager level.

- 13th month salary + KPI bonus (average 2 months)
