Mô tả công việc
- Manage all HR jobs, including: Recruitment, training & development, C&B, Policy & Profit, evaluation… Proposal salary for company, each department.
- Make budget plan and follow up to maintain GA activities;
- Support foreigners in immigration procedure as visa, work permit and living conditions during working time in Vietnam.
- Co-ordinate to organize events, company party.
- Training subordinate to achieve company objectives;
- Develop and implement company Human Resources policies and procedures to fit with company needs
- Update and advise management on employment and related legislation requirements (Vietnam Labor Code) and ensure the Compliance
- Support top management to develop long term HR strategic plan
- Forecast future manpower requirements and propose plans for maintaining optimal organizational design and staffing level to cope with operational needs
- Manage an effective budget and cost on human resources expenses
- Develop recruitment strategy
- Organize, build and improve human resources development policy, remuneration, compensation, management regulations, rules and workflow.
- Ensure the development and implementation of an effective performance management .
- Responsible for Government relations and reporting.
- Responsible for Labor relations.
- Good knowledge about EHS activities in manufacturing industry factory
- Offering suggestion to improve working procedures and management methods in the department.
- Requesting departments, individuals to strictly implement human resource procedures issued by the company.
- Requesting necessary manpower and support to fulfill the job.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, English.
- Strong background with professional training on human resource management.
- At least 3 years' experience as HR manager/ HR leader in manufacturing industry in Vietnam.
- Good knowledge about Vietnamese Labor Law.
- Good understanding of current Vietnamese policy relating to social and health and unemployment insurance.
- Excellent leadership skill and strong management skill.
- Engagement and objective oriented is highly desirable.
- Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English in conversation
- Strong background with professional training on human resource management.
