[Vung Tau] HR Factory Manager (Attractive Salary)

- Managing C&B, Recruitment, employee relationship.
- Main task: In charge C&B for all company
- In charge of labor contract, payroll, personal income tax matters, all kinds of insurance, welfare, benefits for staff within the organization according to the group strategy & Vietnam labor law
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures on personnel management such as recruiting, welfare benefits and work contract termination
- Building organizational structure and job description.
- Recruiting Planning and Make sure enough employees for production division (recruitment for factory only)
- Cooperate with Trade Union to solve all discipline of factory, manage employee relations for entire employee life cycle (employee relation task).

- Have relevant experience as manager level
- English language skill (Business level)
- Have working experience in global companies and manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong experience in C&B
- Careful and detail person
- Decisive, strong, good at communication skill, well-spoken.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Word, Excel
