[Vung Tau] General Accountant (Attractive Package, Manufacturing Company)

Accounting System: Oracle
- Control over all reconciliations and ensuring the timely and correct reconciliations of Banks, Loans, AR, AP, Payroll, Materials, WIP, COS, etc. accounts.
- Manage and control over the Fixed Assets listing and depreciation and amortization tables. Ensure that all fixed assets and long term assets are properly accounted for.
- Prepare financial statements and forecast budget according to schedule.
- Participate in financial standards setting and forecasting process.
- Analyze financial information, summarize financial status, and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
- Liaise with government agencies, the external auditors and financial institutions.
- Prepare reports required by government agencies, auditors and financial institutions which include , , Statistics, and other reports, etc. to ensure that compliance with VAS, Tax & Customs legislation and regulatory framework.
- Prepare a set of full documents for refund and ensuring original red invoices are full and legal.
- Liaise with Head of Dept. to improve accounting systems and procedures.

- University in Finance and accounting field
- Experience: at least 3 to 5 years
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
- Motivate, good team working, good sense of responsibility, honesty.
- Be able to work independently and under high pressure
- English Business Level
- Good computer: Microsoft office, word, excel,
- Accounting certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is a plus

- 13th month salary + Other Allowances + Pay raise 1 time/year
- Insurance based on Vietnamese Law
- Have shuttle Bus from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai
