[Vung Tau] Corporate Communication (English Fluent)

In charge of corporate communications in Vietnam and training coordinating.
Performing tasks associated with corporate communications to all employees in Vietnam and training support.
Quarter International magazine (MADO): provide articles across the businesses and functions in Vietnam, approve translations in line with the project plan and ensure distribution of online and printed magazine to employees.
• Intranet: develop and update local pages for Vietnam.
• Group projects: Fully support relevant Group projects.
• Effective teamwork: with other Corporate Communications team members, mainly working remotely on conference calls and emails, to help communicate the achievement of local and global SBU targets, support Group objectives, such as Safety, Ethics & Compliance, and any best practise initiatives.
• Drive Project Messenger in Vietnam: Support the Group Talent initiative to help line managers to improve their day to day communications skills which will also help improve results in the pulse surveys.
• Training coordinating: Support training activities

- Graduated from university degree in business administration, English linguistic
- Excellent in communication of English and Vietnamese
- Good interpersonal skill

- Fixed 13th salary + bonus 1.5 – 2 months
