[Vung Tau] Accounting Manager (Attractive Salary, Manufacturing)

- Enhance closing process in accurate and timely manner, to shorten closing time, produce financial statements to satisfy both statutory requirements and managerial requirements and group reporting in accordance with required deadline.
- Ensure over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Document and issue financial and accounting processes including , guidance and forms, to monitor implications of such processes and improve them more effectively and efficiently.
- Assist CFO in monitoring and controlling payments, given nature and extent of payment transactions of the company, to suggest improvement in or processes through implementation.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Establish and review internal in order to minimize financial/tax/legal and compliance to company operations.
- Work closely with CFO and Chief Accountant in tax audit and/or audits in general.
- Additional controller duties as necessary

Experience:
- Strong background and experience of accounting, tax and finance, in-depth knowledge of VAS, IFRS.
- At least 3 years in same position or Chief Accountant or equivalent position in manufacturing.
- Familiar with documentation, development of accounting and procedures
- Good sense of company's financial analysis in respect of both controlling and compliance and promoting business development,
- Big 4 experience or experience in re-structuring business is a plus
Skills
- Honest, high-compliance mindset, high integrity, patient, detailed oriented.
- Good communication in 4 skills in English and Vietnamese
- Excellent in Excel, data analysis, familiar with ERP is a plus
