Fashion Knowledge
• Ensure you are up-to-date with current fashion trends and styling techniques so you can anticipate your customers’ needs.
• Share, inspire and educate the store team on seasonal trend information.

Drive sales targets
• Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Perform sales follow-up and initiate actions to reach sales targets.

Visual Store Operational Routines
• Display the stores and arranging merchandise inside and outside the stores.
• Provide a comfortable and convenient shopping environment for customers.
• Ensure that creates clear stories to the campaign.
• Handle Visual Merchandiser material and visual scheme orders.
• Control quantity and condition of all incoming visual material.
• Maintain and care for all display and interior material with sustainability in mind.
• Share information with the team about seasonal changes and continue to evaluate throughout the season.
• Provide updates of all VM information material in the store.
• Ensure that the store always has enough Sale and Activity material.
• Have plan to check out stores every week and every once in a while.
• Report weekly shops images

- 2 years experiences in similar position
- Very good presentation/communication skills
- Ability to deliver concise reporting to management
- Retail experience is a plus
- Creativity
- Attention to detail
- Time-management skills
