Visual Designer (Competitive Salary)

We are looking for Visual Designer who can generate the fresh idea and transform it into creative design assets (both static and motion) that can deliver the marketing message from Mytour to the audience.

- Generate the idea and deliver the creative assets for both static and motion graphic for marketing campaign and some corporate banner/videos.
- Work with marketing and content team to understand the objectives and scope of the creative assets and give necessary feedback.
- Ensure the delivery of creative assets to meet the required quality standard, timeline, and budget.
- Ensure the creative assets are following the goal and theme of respective campaign.
- Analyze latest trend and techniques in both motion and static graphic design and assess which one will need to be adopted by the team.
- Develop the design assets into many formats as required in marketing channel, including but not limited to: website, app, display ads, OOH banner, social media, blog, infographic, email, and social media.
- Make design guideline and ensure the compliance of the team to the guideline.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, working for both static and motion creative assets.
- Experienced to execute digital campaign or working in digital agency.
- Good at non-verbal and verbal communication of English & Vietnamese.
- Able to manage stakeholders under the constraints of time and resources.
- Creative-minded person.
- Thorough capability in basic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Familiar with Mac/Windows environment
- Good judgement and taste of design
- Knowledgeable on the latest graphic design techniques and trends
- Outstanding portfolio (please attach your portfolio in the application)
