Mô tả công việc
1. Commercial
- Daily analysis based on sales reports to identify strategy to maximize the revenue
- Gather feedback from Commercials and Store Managers on the week’s proposals and make improvements
2. Visual Merchadise
- Propose shopfloor layout with new items based on the brand’s guideline
- Create and adapt visual merchandising collection
3. Operation
- Provide excellent customer service & handle customer complain if needed
- Train the team about new products knowledge
- Introduce seasonal trend by new product presentation
- Follow up floor image during day and closing

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising or Fashion Design
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Required skills: decoration, trending, fashion design, art.
- Good command in English
- Decoration knowledge will be a plus.
- Comfortable with flexible shift work & good teamwork player
- Customer service oriented
