We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for IT, for the role of the Junior IT Support.
The IT Support team will provide technical support to ensure the smooth running of all IT systems at our startup 3D Animation Studio.
The IT support team is the central point of contact for all IT related request and problems. The role will include interacting with colleagues, so you must be comfortable communicating technical issues with a variety of backgrounds and technical knowledge.
Our aim is that IT problems are managed effectively and responded to in a timely manner, keeping artists and production moving forward, while also finding the balance in enforcing policies to promote best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist artists with technical issues related to IT
• Provide support in person to staff within the office
• Record and Document problems
• Assist in setting up user accounts and removing past accounts
• Collaborate with pipeline team reporting any technical issues and strategizes solutions
• Set up equipment for new users, collect and reclaim equipment from past users
• Maintain and update inventory
• Maintain, update and create documentation for IT support team
• Keep systems up-to-date through regular managed updates
• Monitor networking equipment and servers
• Assist with Servers, LAN/WAN technologies,
Skills & Requirements:
• System and application support
• Support of Microsoft Windows 10
• Support of Microsoft Office 365 Support of general desktop/application Support.
• Desktop PC/Laptop installation/Mobile configuration.
• Some support experience of Microsoft Windows Servers
• System patching
• Basic networking knowledge of TCP/IP Protocol
• Hardware support
• Cabling and moving hardware
• Peripherals support including Printers
• AV support
• Admin work
• Maintaining accurate records
• Hardware and software procurement
• Managing stock levels
• License and support agreement renewals
• Liaising with external clients and third-party service providers
• 1-2 years of previous experience as a help desk technician, computer technician, or IT support
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field a plus
• Speaks and writes English a plus
