- Contract type: Definite term Labor Contract
- Salary range: Negotiable
- Location: Vinpearl Luxury Hotel, The Landmark 81, HCM City
- Responsible of using all the Revenue Management tools, practices and procedures that make possible to develop strategies to optimize and boost incomes for the hotel in short, medium and long term. To use all necessary Revenue Management techniques to achieve the budgetary targets
- To coordinate all the Revenue Management tasks in the hotel, and also to optimize the useful resources to implement Revenue Management strategies;
- To develop and implement pricing strategy for different demand periods;
- To manage sales initiatives referring to hotel’s Revenue Management at the hotel;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2 - 4 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management experience.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Economic Studies.
- A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages an asset.
- Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and success.
- Sound ability and knowledge to develop standards of operations and strategic processes
- Good analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching.
- Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment.
- Good listening skills and the ability to anticipate business needs.
- Able to develop relationships with 3rd parties and the hotel teams.
- Ability to work across all levels and functions of hotels client portfolio under own initiative in a highly pressured environment.
- Well developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills
- High level of motivation, determination and commitment.
- Highly computer literate with a high level command of Excel.
