[VinID] - Process Quality Assurance (PQA)

We are looking for a senior PQA - Process Quality Assurance to join our product team
- Supporting all team members to follow process which be defined;
- Calculating and analyzing project data to create monthly metric report;
- Raising project difficult issues on project management tool; Following issues; evaluating and coordinating teams or escalating to solve the issues with highest effectiveness;
- Take part in auditing projects to make sure the project to align with the agreed working process and ensure the quality of final product
- Work as process consultant for each project and project team.
- Involve in the entire software development process to ensure the quality of the final product. Create QA plan for each project.
- Inspections, audits, and any other requirements specified for an application;

- At least two (4) years of experience in related position in software industry and 2 years of experience in audit software development.
- Have knowledge about implementation methodology such as CMMI, ITIL;
- Have CSQA, Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor certificate is a plus
- Understand Statistic concept and Quality tool.
- Understand Agile Software Development Process, SCRUM, KANBAN... Knowledgeable about Quality Management System (QMS) principles (ISO, ITIL, TQM, etc.) is plus.
- Strong communication skills, be good at documenting work, and must be able to work well with different groups.
