Vinid - Head of Risk Management

- Responsible for risk analysis, risk policy/projects, risk underwriting, risk modeling and risk reporting teams.
- Manage all risk policies, underwriting process and all relevant aspects for lending process.
- Identify new policy optimization opportunities and lead the underwriting analysis and proposal discussions.
- Define and monitor all key risk indicators for the whole credit life cycle, from acquisition, underwriting, portfolio management till contract end.
- Engage with product department in new products design and implementation from client registration, application process, underwriting process till finance profitability calculation.
- Manage all underwriting changes and provide enough evidence for proposal approval and submission to decision engine team for implementation.
- Engage with external providers of services such as credit bureau data, telecom data and other external data.
- Capacity planning, hiring, staff development.
- Actively manage performance of all subordinated teams by setting clear objectives and KPIs, coaching and managing against these.
- Past experience in supporting regulatory and internal governance stakeholders.

- At least 5 years’ experience as data analytics manager, risk underwriting manager, risk manager, senior risk analyst with the focus on secured/unsecured lending process and online/offline lending process.
- Familiar with various external data used in banking or consumer finance sector in underwriting process.
- Managerial experience. Ability to lead and motivate staff to high productivity and efficiency of team up to 20 people.
- Pro-active and enthusiastic approach to providing leadership and direction to peers and subordinates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Presentation skills to communicate with top management and other business units.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Organized. Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-confidence. Self-motivated and goal driven. Orientation toward results.
