VinID - Chuyên Viên Tài Chính (Finance Controller)

Position Overview:
To collect, analyse and provide accurate & timely financial information to management in order to help company make well informed decisions, prepare reports and monitor financial movements

Position Responsibilities:
Core responsibilities
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking & validation of assumption
• Build up profitability scenarios and propose pricing policies
• Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
• Consolidate and analyze financial data, analyze KPI and identify risks & opportunities on financial status
• Develop cost norms and continuously tracking and update to improve the cost norms
• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
• Manage and forecast cash inflows and outflows
• Financial budget and reporting:
Prepare quarterly and yearly budget and perform cost controlling.
Prepare group reports and analysis including financial and non-financial information to present to Board of Directors.
• Review and strengthen the internal control procedures, help in develop policies and procedures
• To perform any other duties with efficient and timely manner as assigned.

Position Requirements:

1) Education/ Professional knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field

2) Skill, Experience:
• Proven working experience of as a finance analyst/ finance controller at large corporations, Investment banks;
Big 4 audit companies
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
• Good presentation, reporting and communication skills
• Logical thinking, proactive and positive approach.
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance & data analysis.
• CFA background is preferable
• Strong in fact finding and analysis, creative thinking, positive/can-do attitude and perseverance
• Long term development of self and others: eager to learn & expand knowledge, share best practices among team
