[Vinconnect - Vingroup] Customer Service Agent

Position Overview Position Context
• To support F1 customers when for the first time Vietnam hosts the F1 Grand Prix 2020. Position
• To bring the best experience for Customers when using VGPC services
• To act as a brand ambassador to record customers comments for VGPC to enhance customer experience.

Position Responsibilities
• To consult products, services for customers who are interested in F1 Vietmam event via voice call, email, Fanpage..
• To receive and handle complaints within the scope of assignments.
• To track the process of handling complaints and timely respond to customers with appropriate solutions
• To collaborate with relevant departments to carry out Customer Care/promotion programs
• To conduct customer satisfaction surveys as planned; report the results and find out the cause of poor customer reviews to proactively propose solutions.

Position Requirements
• University graduate
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of car, motorbike and F1 event (preffered)
• Fluent English
• Proficient in using office applications
• Experience at least 1 year of CSA job in contact center
