Vietnamese English Teacher (full time) & Native English Teacher (Full-Time&part-Time)

* Full-time Vietnamese English Teacher:
1. Teaching:
a. Design effective and engaging lessons based on the material provided, following Speak Up Teaching method.
b. Improve students’ communicative ability through on-going reinforcement and assessment.
c. Motivate students using Speak UP’s state-of-the-art learning management system.
d. Take care of individuals by regularly monitoring, reporting and consulting, based on students’ Academic report.
e. Contribute to the development of the curriculum by providing feedback regarding teaching materials, Multimedia lessons, Student Books..
f. Conduct Progress Follow-up classes based on students’ demand or necessity.
2. Services:
a. Conduct Personal Teacher’s tasks as deemed by Speak Up’s learning management system.
b. Organize weekly Club activities
c. Participate in daily learning activities to support students (Lab, English Zone)

* Native English Teacher: Full-time and Part-time
- Conduct Speak Up English programs across all centers
- Conduct progress follow-up classes
- Mark students’ homework on a regular basis
- Substitute in case of absence of teachers
- Proofread or construct academic materials assigned by Head of Studies
- Run the Special Clubs on a weekly basis
- Participate in promotion/off-campus events organized by Academic or Marketing Dept.
- Participate in trainings/workshops and weekly meetings run by the Head of Studies
- Report to the Head of Studies on the weekly and monthly tasks
- Plan for instruction
- Teach according to Speak Up’s programs and methodology
- Report to work 10 minutes prior to instruction for preparation of class (es)
- Dress professionally
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Use integrated approach to make lessons interesting

** Working hour for full -time teacher:
• 8 hours per day, working in shift (9AM-6PM, 1PM-9PM)
• 5.5 days per week

**Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree level or above
• Relevant professional qualifications, ESL Teacher Training Certification – TESOL, TEFL, CELTA etc. (prefer CELTA or TESOL – Trinity College)
• Experience in teaching communication courses for adults; Current letter of recommendation
• MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Customer-centric attitude
• Well-developed presentation, instruction and communication skills
