Mô tả công việc
1. Implement the consistent delivery of all food preparation and hygiene
2. Ensure that the department creates a professional impression to customers.
3. Review and act upon customer feedback or complain relevant to all kitchen area of responsibility
4. Be fully aware of budgeted and food cost which including gross profit of food, stock levels and departmental profits
5. Be fully aware of all the purchasing request for food item and non-food item
6. Oversee all stock level and quality control of all goods correctly in line with food safety requirement
7. Be able to do menu recipe and costing for the Resort manager to approve
8. Be able to plan, implement and review food promotions as required
9. Always motivate team member to a high level of commitment and pride for the Resort
10. Maintain effective communication within Kitchen team by holding regular briefing session and attending the Resort meetings when required
11. Be responsible for ensuring departmental training is carried out as the standard required
12. Assist in the compilation of the kitchen training plan to meet the Resort business objectives and develop team members
13. Assist in the recruitment of new staff up to supervisory level in line with the company recruitment policy
14. Continuously coach and counsel to all the colleagues
15. Assist in creating and updating standards manual and cleaning schedules
16. Train all Kitchen members about health, safety and risk assessment in order to comply with Company requirements accordingly
17. Implement action on hygiene audits in order to enhance the environment and achieve positive consistent results
18. Implement other tasks and responsibilities assigned by GM/ RM and General Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Background at Executive Chef position is required (at least 2 year experience in Hotel/ Resort of 4 or 5 star properties, big companies or factors).
- Culinary degree or any acceptable equivalent qualifications.
- Good grooming, professional and well-trained manner.
- Good teamwork and cooperation with colleagues.
- Be able to communicate and write in English.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent negotiation skills
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
