Vietnam Recruitment Coordinator

Based in HCM or Hanoi Viet Nam, this role will achieve student recruitment targets in Vietnam for our academic partners in Canada by developing the agency network.

THE COMPANY

Let's Go Canada is the recruitment division of Cestar College, a global education provider in Canada and China. Lambton College, Ontario's second oldest public college, has licensed its curriculum to Cestar College to deliver post-graduate work permit eligible academic programs to international students at Toronto campus.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Representing and promoting Let’s Go Canada exclusive academic partnerships directly and indirectly to students in Viet Nam
Coordinating international student recruitment activities in Vietnam for Let's Go Canada or academic partners at fairs (including EDUCANADA) and other related events and training sessions
Growing the network of Viet Nam agents
Help to develop an overall strategic plan for the recruitment of international students in the region.Work collaboratively to develop cost effective marketing strategies (paid search, email campaigns, and social media activities)
Conduct research to determine new sources of international students;
Assuming responsibility for the agent network, nurturing relationships, monitoring performance and resolving issues. Maintain contact with agents and remain informed on programs, admissions and immigration processes for all academic partners. Ensuring timely admissions and responsive customer service with student applicants and agents
Providing recruitment and promotional support in-market for all Canadian academic partners.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

***A minimum of two to three (2-3) years of relevant work experience in educational administration with direct experience in marketing, student recruitment and admissions
Demonstrated success building partnerships; Experience in successfully recruiting students for International markets, both directly and via third parties (agents/schools)
***Previous experience in dealing directly with education agents is a critical asset;
Experience in successfully planning and executing sales and marketing strategies, ideally through a channel partner distribution network;
Possess knowledge of the international education services industry and overseas education systems, ideally Canada;
Willingness to travel to Canada for training and throughout Viet Nam (Hanoi, HCMC, Danang, Haiphong, etc.) for marketing and training events. Ability to travel overseas, must have a current, valid, Passport;
Demonstrated familiarity with or experience in Vietnam; Bilingual (English and Vietnam).
Overseas studying/working experience is plus
Fluency in Vietnamese and English with at least 7.0 IELTS Score
