[Vietnam or Remote] User Acquisition - Marketing & Growth

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced User Acquisition member to join our mobile game studio. You would be in charge of:

- Defining User acquisition plan on multiple projects in various phases (soft launches, world wide launch, live product)
- Work with data to understand ROI performance, optimize campaigns, drive decisions, measure and report results
- Test new approaches as well as own and cultivate key strategic relationships with acquisition partners such as Facebook & Google
- Source, negotiate and develop creative and innovative solutions and new channels for acquisition

- Salary range: $1,000 - $2,500 USD per month (net)

- Passionate about games
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, data-driven mindset
- 2+ years of experience in performance-based user acquisition role
- Experience with creative testing, campaign performance, funnel, and ROI optimizations
- Data analysis experience using Excel, Tableau, SQL
- Experience running performance-based campaigns on Facebook, Google, programmatic and video networks
- Expert level knowledge of the following metrics: ROI, payback period, LTV, CPI, Retention, CTR, CVR, CPM, k-factor etc
- Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure
