Mô tả công việc
* Reports to: Head of Marketing Services, SEA
- Provide leadership for Vietnam Marketing Services to operate in standard pricing, deviated pricing, pricing optimization, merchandising and contracts & agreements to business leadership teams.
- Leads work group or department and sets, prioritizes and executes short term operational direction for MS Operations.
- Establishes and drives measurement of metrics.
- Works with SEA Pillar Leader and Country Liaisons to define performance measurements which are aligned to business needs
- Partner with SEA Pillar leader to replicate learning and best practices (Internal/external) of MS services deployment in the country.
- Execute the activities which will be moved to Global Service Center and support the transition and timing
- Own standardization and centralization of processes in Vietnam MS to drive efficient growth, Productivity and ERP preparedness

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum 10 year working experience in relevant roles
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business or marketing
• At least 5 year experience in people management
• Strong analytical skills
• Cross-functional collaboration and growth mindset
