Viet Nam and Indonesian Call Center Supervisor

Field: Beauty, Cosmetic
Manage and operate (Vietnamese or Indonesian) all activities in the working shift being run smoothly.
Solve the problems and other issues in the working shift if any.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee all the working task and activities in the shift.
2. Monitor the daily routine of operator.
3. Keep approve and up-sales on the same level.
4. Handle problem in the shift or transfer these issues to the relevant people.
5. Give the daily tasks to operator.
6. Follow and make sure all operators are actively involved activities services improvement and motivation.
7. Receive and handle customer complaints if any.
8. Trained the operator to improve the company service and operator performances.
9. Make the daily report and task handover to the next shift.
10. Other duties assigned by Head Department and Managing Director.

1. Good communication
2. Basic English or Fluency Indonesian
3. Good management skill, independent working skill and time management
4. Strong customer services oriented mind set

QUALIFICATIONS
1. College or University degree
2. At least 1 year experience as Supervisor/Team Leader or 3 years as Operator.
3. Basic English or Fluency Indonesian
4. Good computer skill: Word, Excel, Power Point

WORKING CONDITIONS
1. Working days: From Monday to Saturday morning
2. Working hours: work on shift and 8 hour/shift
3. Working location: HCM office
4. Be provided all working equipment and stationeries

SALARY AND BENEFITS
1. Salary: 450 – 1000 USD
2. Other benefits: As Vietnamese Labor Law
