Mô tả công việc
• Lead a team of KYC Officers and Admin Officers to ensure the compliance of AML/ CFT required for customers (individual/non-individual) and smooth run of administrative tasks.
• Approve KYC profiles and evaluate AML client risk ratings based on analysis of client complex data:
o Perform name and account based research via internal and external sources
o Gather and analyze documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and Clients’ guidance
o Perform screening (searches against Sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons and Negative Press lists) on clients and its related parties.
• Supports and assists in the implementation of the AML/KYC Policy. AML/KYC program review, process and guidance build up, management reporting, compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting and other AML related tasks.
• Involve the clearance, investigation and further escalation of various high-risk triggers such as PEPs, negative media hits, and other factors based on research due diligence.
• Ensuring compliance with all AML laws, regulations, guideline, local requirements for on-boarding and periodic review.
• Improve and implement customer risk rating criteria with KYC management and procedure for SME/Individual customers.
• Be up-to-date with anti-money laundering, counter terrorist financing and related regulations, policies and procedures.
• Identify and escalate any red flags and potential risks as well as operational issues and improvements to supervisor.
• Supervise team to coordinate with Credit Information Centre (CIC) to get customer’s credit history record and valuation companies for valuation reports of collaterals.
• Assist in preparation of KYC/AML reports as required by the COMP.
• Supervise administrative tasks to ensure the smooth business operation. Monitor and control office equipment and provide reports for senior management per request.
• Perform other duties or special projects as required by supervisor.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Mandatory:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Banking, Customer Management, KYC and AML solutions.
• Familiar with KYC search engines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
• Able to communicate well in English and Vietnamese.
• Understanding of office management and daily operation.
• Business focused with records of successful accomplishment in providing consistently outstanding customer service.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff and to support teamwork, with a high degree of management skills
• Meticulous, analytical and commitment to meet timeline.
• Strong organisational, analytical, negotiation, communication, teamwork and influencing skills.
Preferred:
• MBA is a plus
• Proven background or equivalent experience, including extensive knowledge on the evolving regulatory and compliance requirements.
• A strong sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability.
• Highly motivated and prepared to accept challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Banking, Customer Management, KYC and AML solutions.
• Familiar with KYC search engines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
