JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a deputy CEO, the candidate will report directly and provide management support to the CEO in ensuring the company to achieve its business objectives
Key Responsibilities
• Provide management oversight to day-to-day operations of Hanoi office
• Work with the CEO and senior staff to ensure that the office executes and delivers the business plan in line with key indicator targets
• Own the operational budget and manage burn rate
• Manage competition and threats in the market, with constant evaluation of the financial structure, capital strategy and strategic objectives
• Work with CEO to periodically report updates to the Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals
• Build strategic partnerships and relationships to drive growth
• Undertake other duties as reasonably required

• 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years in leadership position, leading project team of at least 5-7 members.
• Experience in leading and scaling a high growth start-up, preferably a company with venture funding and 50+ employees, is a plus but not required
• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree is a plus)
• Experience in P&L responsibilities at senior level
• Relevant industry experience preferred but not required
• Experience in managing a Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders
• Fluency in English is a must
