Vice Director of Operations ( HCM City Based)

Reporting directly to Director of Operations, the Vice Director of Operations, with the support of the Senior Project manager, the Finance Manager and respective project managers, is responsible for

• Project Management, i.e overseeing all aspects of project operation to ensure that all CNCF projects/programs deliver high-quality services and are implemented in a way that are relevant to the mission and values and strategic directions of the Foundation,
• Administration/ Operations, i.e overseeing administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the organization scales
• Human Capital Management and development, i.e monitoring and developing the organization’s human resources including, but not limited to, enhancing professional development, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, training and recruitment.
• Finance and Accounting, i.e controlling the use of annual approved budget and assisting in analysis and forecast of the organizational financial health.
• Strategic Development, i.e contributing to strategic planning for development of projects, partnerships and donors, and taking part in creating the Foundation and/or CNCF Vietnam’s vision,
• Marketing, Communication, Fundraising and Business Development, i.e providing support to the Marcomms team in development of reports, proposals and Marcomms materials as well as relationship/ partnerships with communities and corporates.

• Vietnamese with a Bachelor degree in relevant or social science discipline, e.g. social work, sociology, international development, community development, psychology, business or equivalent.
• A minimum of ten years of project management development work experience.
• A minimum of five years in leadership position.
• Knowledge of Non-Government Organizations (NGO).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese and in both writing and speaking.
• Excellent in development project management, proposal and report writing.
• Advanced computer skills and experience working with database, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

• Previous experience working within a child environment and knowledge in social work (case work, child psycho) is preferred.
