Area : Distributor, Project Business and Aftermarket Business
Report to: HCMC Sales Manager/General Director
Location: Ho Chi Minh City

POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be fully responsible for driving sales and activities within the assigned territory by managing the current distribution network, looking for new distributor in other market segment handling project business and the aftermarket for spare part and replacement

Besides the sales job, the sales engineer will provide quarterly sales forecasts, ensuring sales revenue and profit, growth the valve business, provide market and competitor analysis and pricing. She/He will also need to conduct product training to distributor, end user and customers

This ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the desire and ability to identify business needs, areas of improvement and objectives through research and data in presenting the strategy and business plan

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Achieve quarterly and yearly sales target (Order Intake)) as agreed with Sales Manager General Director
. Achieving good profitability and market share.
. Develop sales plan, strategies and marketing plan to grow the valve business and increase market share
. Drive, control and coordinate sales.
. Responsible for outstanding debt management and collection.
. Setting yearly target for distributor Managing and supporting distributor. Identify and develop new distributor and new customers.
. Responsible of developing good relationship with distributor, end-user, consultant and contractor
. To assist and provide technical support and solutions to distributor, end-user, consultant and contractors
. To work and support for project tender either through distributor or direct customer in quotation offer and technical submission
. Involve and support for tender or/and contract commercial terms and conditions negotiation
