Valuer/ Senior Valuer (Valuation Advisory Services)

Involve in all the assigned hospitality/ commercial engagements, including valuation, consulting, market research, etc. Main tasks include:

- Preparation of all the admin procedures of the project including risk assessments (ARA), engagement letter preparation, billing & collection, finalize the report, etc.
- Liaising with client and/or other related parties to collect all necessary information.
- Performing site inspection (if required).
- Performing market research.
- Working on financial analysis and report writing.
- Complete all allocated assignments to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required time frames and in accordance with company requirements and client instructions.
- Build, manage and keep updating hospitality database regarding market supply, demand, ADR, occupancy rates, hotel and serviced apartment transactions, etc. on regular or ad-hoc basis.
- Input all hotel valuations in to VIEW system.
- Assist Team Leader and other colleagues in business development activities including (but not limited to) preparing marketing materials, proposals, presentations, events organization.
- Report to Team Leader on regular basis.
- Assist in other admin stuffs.

- University degree with more than 1 year experience in finance/valuation/auditing/transaction.
- Certified Valuer (Ministry of Finance) – is a MUST for applicants.
- Excellent analytic and research skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency at computer with word, excel, power point.
- Good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, team player, and deadline committed.
- Willing to travel within Vietnam and oversea.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
