Who You Are:

1. Develop and enhance existing/new platform user interfaces

2. Identify and analyze user workflows to improve user experiences 3. Create design artifacts to facilitate design improvements (e.g. journey maps, wireframes, sketches, etc.) 4. Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are properly implemented 5. Improve and publish new documentation 6. Help conduct usability testing to ensure designs will be accepted by users 7. Work cross-functionally with product and development teams 8. Participate in our daily standups

1. Diploma’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field. 2. Extensive experience with user interface (UI) and user experience design (UX) 3. Understanding and experience with User Centered Design Methodologies 4. Excellent problem solving and creative thinking skills 5. Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools. 6. Ability to work efficiently and effectively on a team. 7. Writing and communication skills in English
