UX/ UI Designer

- Use tools such as Figma or Sketch to draw wireframes of the application’s screen.

- Be actively involved with the co-founders on daily basis to design functionalities for the MVP versions.

- Create modern, innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software designs to provide a smooth user experience throughout the whole application.

- Work closely with other developers to make sure features delivery is up to date and developers understand exactly what to build.

- Demo and Refine wireframes and clickable prototypes to the management teams and the developers.

- Create clear design specifications for features from Features Specifications.

- Create clickable prototypes on Figma or Sketch for the application and work with Developers to make sure they understand how the components should behave.

- Plan for new designs and implementation timeline for them.

- Test for intuitivity and experience.

- Ability to combine aesthetics with designs elements to balance between creativity with industries standard.

- Conduct user survey and research to look for opportunities of improvements or fixes.

- 3+ years of software design experience, either UI or UX design.

- 2+ years experience in delivering scalable software to masses.

- Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.

- Excellence communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail oriented.

- Critical thinker.

- Problem-solver and customer-centric mindset and approach.

- Knowledge of different popular design tools such as Figam, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc

- A portfolio of prior design work and experience.

- Good time management skill.

- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
