UX / UI Designer

- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the digital/non-digital product direction, visuals and experience
- Develop concepts, graphics, layouts,… for product illustrations, POSM, websites, landing pages, business activities, campaigns, employees or social activities, offices decoration, etc..
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity, convenience and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to ensure UX effectiveness

- At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design in developing Web application for cross-browser & Mobile applications.
- Knowledge of web and mobile app design with focus on responsive, adaptive and design across multiple devices and screens
- Work experience with UX/UI design in complex environments
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques and technologies
- Strong knowledge/proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite as well as expertise: Photoshop, Illustrator,…
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
- Knowledge in Expression Blend, XAML, WPF... is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication English skills
