UX/UI Designer

This position will be responsible for developing design solutions based on thorough user discovery, ideation, concept creation, detailed design, prototypes and validation, translating complex business requirements into design, and working closely with product team and the development teams to deliver high quality user experience for platform service.
This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities:
- Create storyboard, user flows, IA, sitemaps and wireframes, prototypes of different levels of fidelity, pixel-perfect design assets, and other UX deliverables.
- Research and update new design trends to improve the quality and effectiveness of design products;
- Work cross-functionally with relevant departments: business, marketing, service operation and product team in HQ to identify problems and solutions to make UX improvements.
- Coordinate with local and HQ's product team to deliver insights and select UI/UX design options throughout the product / service project;
- Sketch, communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale during ideation and internal design decisions.
- Conduct user case studies, analysis to identify the target audience and the most effective interaction design method;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.

- 3+ years of UX/UI design and interactive work on Mobile or Web.
- Solid background and understanding of the principles and elements of design, design process, information architecture, usability, and heuristics
- Visual design skills, especially in the construction of visual hierarchies, and attention to detail on typography, spacing, and color.
- Understand the technical limitations and liberties behind your decisions and have enough chops to communicate your ideas to our engineers.
- Know how to actively research and update new UI / UX trends in the software field.
- Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision.
- Good knowledge of Web standards, xHTML & CSS;
- Proficient use of applications: Photoshop, PowerPoint, Sketch, InVision, Figma, OmniGraffle, Axure and Illustrator in creating graphics optimized for web, wap and app;
- Having independent working minds;
- Passion for user-oriented product design work;
- Strong communication and presentation skills (Fluent in English)
- Knowledge of brand and brand identity is an advantage;
