Most of Mantu’s applications are designed from scratch and raise challenges on different areas. As one of Mantu’s UX Designer, you will be part of the User Experience Department, and work closely with our Product Managers. Your responsibilities will be:
- Understanding, researching, designing and prototyping new experiences for our employees and the people we work with.
- Working closely with Product Owners, Product Managers and Software Engineering teams in trying to understand problems faced by different populations of users.
- Producing implementable solutions in the form of deliverables such as mockups, user flows, interactive prototypes, reports, and presentations.
- Contributing to the general strategy of the applications you’ll be working on.
- Collaborating with other UX Designers on global issues faced by our users and within the UX Department.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor's degree in Art/Design and or Computer Science from an accredited college or university; or equivalent education/experience in the design, computer science and other relevant fields.
Between 1 to 4 years of experience in UX, UI, product or digital design.
A clear understanding of user-centered research and design.
Ability to clearly communicate and defend design decisions, ideas, and proposals to different teams and clients.
Experience with wireframing and prototyping software experience such as Adobe XD, Axure RP, Figma, Sketch, Proto.io, Invision, Mockplus, Balsamiq Mockups, UXPin or similar ones.
A strong ability to distill complex problems into simple solutions.
An affinity for good visual design.
Good level of English is required.
Between 1 to 4 years of experience in UX, UI, product or digital design.
