Mô tả công việc
- An ability to install/ remove desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and desktop application software;
- Experience supporting: Windows OS, hardware, software, MS Office 2013 - latest applications (OneDrive, OneNote, MS Teams, Etc.), Network, and printer;
- Experience supporting AutoCAD & specialist engineering applications desirable.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Key requirements:
- Have a good skill to troubleshoot/ analyze issue;
- ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft… qualification highly;
- Ability to teach/ learn new technology;
- Proactive in daily work practices with strong organizational skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work both interdependently and as a team, communicate effectively in both oral and written with clients and end-users.
*Salary: Attractive salary with bonus.
* Benefits:
- 15 days of Annual leave per year;
- 100% salary for probation period;
- Premium healthcare insurance (PVI), Accident insurance 24/24, SOS worldwide insurance;
- 13th-month salary (compulsory), API – Annual Performance Incentive (Bonus);
- Regular appropriate training courses;
- Company trip: once per year;
- Allowance on Birthday, International Women Day, Children Day, Wedding Day, etc…
