Mô tả công việc
- Checking statement of account (SOA) with oversea agent by email, telephone..
- Checking & Booking oversea cost into accounting software
- Issue invoice for oversea customers & posting revenue of oversea into accounting software
- Prepare documents to make payment to oversea
- Checking oversea incoming payment and give detail list for bank accountant
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

1/ Job Requirement
- Bachelors' Degree in Accounting
- Having accounting experiences in logistics is an advantage
- Good at 04 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in English
- Good computer skills (word, excel, power point, Internet, email)
- Have team work spirit and able to work independence as well
