Urgent – General Accountant

Work location: Long Bien _ Hanoi or District 7 _ Ho Chi Minh
Salary: $ 600-800

* Job Purpose Summary:
Be responsible for the daily bookkeeping and administration in finance department, preparation of payments of suppliers and prepare financial invoice of goods to customers.

* Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
• Check all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
• Analyze and forecast financial requirements for organization.
• Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and transactions.
• Monitor account reconciliation, tax and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording processes.
• Support on internal and external tax and accounting audit.
• Prepare one-off reports required by BODs for management purpose.

• Relevant university certification, major in Finance & Accounting
• Minimum 4 years working experience in accounting department
• Working experience in automotive industry (prefer)
• Knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS)
• Ability to work systematically, structured and detail oriented
• Drives continuous improvement
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Having good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Flexibility & team-spirit
• Clear understanding of own strengths and weaknesses related to the current position, and ability to develop the weaknesses.
