Urgent – 01 Payable Accountants (Temporary)

1) Chịu trách nhiệm về kế toán kho và hàng hóa:
• Kiểm tra báo cáo nhập xuất tồn hàng tháng lấy ra từ phần mềm SAP.
• Hàng tháng kiểm tra báo cáo linh kiện quay vòng lấy ra từ phần mềm SAP.
• Hàng tháng thực hiện kiểm kê các linh kiện hủy từ Phòng sửa chữa và linh kiện cũ, chậm luân chuyển của Phòng xuất nhập khẩu.
• Thực hiện kiểm kho cuối năm cùng Phòng xuất nhập khẩu và chuẩn bị các báo cáo có liên quan.

• Be responsible for inventory accountant:
• Review the monthly Inventory movement report extracted from SAP.
• Review the monthly Rotable report extracted from SAP.
• Physical count the scrap parts from Depot department and slow-moving and obsolete report from Logistic department.
• Perform the year-end physical count along with the Logistic department and prepare the related reports.

2) Chịu trách nhiệm về công việc liên quan đến thanh toán:
• Kiểm tra chứng từ thanh toán bằng tiền mặt và khoản thanh toán liên quan đến việc hoàn trả chi phí công tác của nhân viên công ty, đảm bảo đúng quy định của công ty, của tập đoàn trước khi trình Giám Đốc/ Giám Sát kiểm tra và phê duyệt.
• Kiểm tra chứng từ thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp trong nước và các bên liên quan, đảm bảo đúng quy định của công ty, của tập đoàn trước khi trình Giám Đốc/ Giám Sát kiểm tra và phê duyệt.
• Kiểm tra thông tin ngân hàng của bộ Hồ sơ thanh toán trên S2B và SAP để đảm bảo khoản thanh toán đúng như yêu cầu.
• Kiểm tra việc ghi chép chi phí và các khoản phải trả (nội bộ và bên thứ ba) lên phần mềm SAP, đảm bảo việc ghi chép đúng, chính xác theo yêu cầu của pháp luật, theo chính sách của công ty và tập đoàn.

• Be responsible for Payable Accountant tasks:
• Check the Petty Cash payment dossiers and the reimbursement expense reports of employees, ensure the compliance with the company and corporation policy before submitting to Accounting supervisor/Manager.
• Check the payment dossiers for local vendors and related parties, ensure the compliance with the company and corporation policy before submitting to Accounting supervisor/Manager.
• Check bank details in S2B & SAP to make sure payment is as requested.
• Check all expenses and AP (local vendor and related parties) booking in SAP, make sure all bookings correct, accuracy as per requirement of the law, company and corporate policy.

1. Bằng cấp, tuổi, phương tiện làm việc:
- Female, Age: 25-33.
- Bachelor in Finance/Accounting.
- Be able to start ASAP.
2. Kiến thức & Kinh nghiệm làm việc:
- BA in Finance/Accounting./ Tốt nghiệp trường tài chính kế toán.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Account payable and inventory accounting field./ Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm kế toán thanh toán và kế toán kho.
- Language: English./ Ngoại ngữ: tiếng Anh.
- Experience with SAP./ Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm SAP
