[Urgent, Vung Tau] Technical Service & Maintenance Manager

- Develop strategies, budgets and operational goals in department
- Develop maintenance organization plan, maintenance and repair of all equipment; build budget for operating
- Strategic planning of new products and R&D
- Establishing, implement and manage quality systems
- Ensuring product quality and technical standards issued
- Maintain and control systems operating under the ISO & Safety systems
- Managing activities in the functional Departments
- Establish and control objectives maintenance downtime, maintenance and repairs for each workshop, each production line to ensure the maintenance work, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in accordance with schedule and following production plans.
- Implementation of maintenance and repair machine and equipment to ensure stable operation, following the production schedule assigned
- Ensure the effective management of the department
- Manage subordinate departments
- Monitoring and control of the budget effectively
- Perform functional leadership in the department
- Perform report functionality

- University Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Economics, Technology paper.
- Good English communication.
- Experience over 08 years of management in equivalent positions, or over 05 years of experience in Director potions

- TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Lean Production
