[Urgent] Trade Marketing Manager

*Report to: Trade Marketing Director
*Manage: 1 subordinate
*Working location: 7/F, Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton St, Dist.1, HCMC

- Create/assist the development of merchandising as well as POS/ display materials by working both Sales and Marketing groups in order to get an outstanding product display regularly and seasonal products (main focus will be more on the modern trade channel)
- Design, develop, and assist local trade promotional program strategies in both modern trade and traditional trade channels, and make recommendation for appropriate program
- Managing and reporting trade spending by monitoring/ evaluating cost effectiveness program of promotion as well as allocating budget account/ channels
- Monitor sell-out and sell-in data per region/ brand.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Education: Bachelor degree, in business, economic/ management is advantage
- Experience: at least 2 year-experiences at same position in multinational FMCG companies, Food is advantage
- Skill/ knowledge: Sale & Marketing expertise, leadership skills, strategic thinking
