Mô tả công việc
• Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant for all Polycom products and related technologies and solutions.
• Develop and deliver product and technical presentations in concert with the sales team
• Design end-to-end networks for the deployment of video, voice and data
• Maintain a working knowledge of competitors' products and services and of emerging trends in the videoconferencing industry as a whole

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, and 2 plus years working in a pre-sales
• Public speaking and presentation abilities, with a focus on presenting technical information to those with a non-technical background, including excellent active listening skills
• Discuss videoconferencing technologies with a view to demonstrating their usefulness to current and potential customers
• Work effectively across cross functional lines, in coordination with others involved in marketing, sales, logistics, technical services
• Manage projects, including setting objectives, budgeting and observing deadlines.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Vietnamese
• Experience with circuit switched and packet data technologies such as Cisco IOS, switching and routing protocols, QoS
• Middle class level knowledge of TCP/IP
• A good grasp of Unified Communications
• Related technologies such as Web conferencing and Voice over IP
• Strong knowledge of ITU-T H. 32X suite of standards and H.264 AVC/SVC codec technology
• Strong knowledge of NAT/NAT Traversal/Firewall technology
• Awareness of Microsoft Skype for Business suite
• Awareness of VM ware, Hyper-V and other virtualization technology
• Awareness of IETF SIP suite of standards
• Awareness of IP-PBX functionalities
• Awareness of 802.11 wireless LAN technology
• Awareness of 802.11 Cloud technology
• CCNA and/or MCSE desired and CCNP or more is a plus
• A strong IT knowledge including TCP/IP and VoIP
• A strong knowledge of Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Products
• A strong Telco knowledge including PSTN, Audio Gateway and conferencing bridge configuration
