We are now seeking for Structural Manager who can do the tasks as belows:
• Coordinate all work of Structural Engineers from initial planning stages through design stage until construction supervision & maintenance;
• Assign tasks to structural engineers and oversee staff's performance to increase efficiencies and achieve department requirements;
• Perform peer review of all types of structural system including concrete, steel, composite structure, other related aspects;
• Oversee all structural aspects of projects to ensure good quality, progress and within budget;
• Liaise with other designers, project managers to agree on safe designs and ensure aesthetic concept of the construction;
• Responsible for the development and production of drawings, specifications, and reports for all structures in involved projects;
• Report to BOD for work progress and outstanding issues to agree on solutions.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese Standard Codes & Practices;
• 10 years of experience with management and technical experience in all phases of drafting design and production: conceptual, detail and design development as well as construction documents;
• Excellent understanding of the technical design ability in multiple building type such as factories, school, office building etc;
• Experience in working in similar international firms is preferable;
• Good English verbal and written communication skills;
• Analytical skills; ability to identify, define, and solve problems rapidly, to think and plan strategically, ability to interact with all levels of employees;
• Self-motivated and proactive, effective problem-solving skills, collaborative;
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese Standard Codes & Practices;
